Scalar International (“Scalar,” “we,” “us”) is a real assets and private equity investment manager with offices in New York, Luxembourg, Cape Town, and Mauritius. This policy covers the personal data we collect through www.scalarintl.com.

Information you provide. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization (optional), and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Information collected automatically. With your consent, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, and device/browser information, via cookies. We do not use this data for advertising, and IP addresses are anonymized.

How we use it

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, send newsletter updates to subscribers, and understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to operate this website, who process personal data on our behalf: Formspree (contact form submissions) and Google LLC (Google Analytics). We do not otherwise share personal data with third parties except where required by law.
